a woman goes to her doc. for a check-up and he notices she has bruises all over her. he askes her about them, she tells him every time her husband comes home drunk they get into it and she gets bruses. the doc. tells her he has a cure for that. he gets a bottle and gives it to her, "this is a very special gargle, when you hear his car door start gargleing with it and don`t stop. do it as long as you can". she goes back to the doc. and said it works! i did what you said and look, no bruises. he tells her  "see what can happen when you keep your mouth shut"
