Hello,

I have a question regarding lowering a CVO Springer.

If I lower the rear by 2" (using for example a kit such as 422 Series from Progressive Suspension ), is it advisable to also lower the front suspension? If yes, why and what kit do you recommend?

Not necessarily , there are a number of models that have dropped rears only.

according to the new HD catalogue when you lower the rear the description now states must be used with front lowering kit part number ??-?? but i cannot get the page up on the HD site , after lowering my non CVO ultra i can confirm it did not handle very well on twisty UK roads but once the front normal service was ressumed, i have had front and rear done as well on my CVO
