I would guess the stock cam for no head work.

Lots of good cam choices...

One to consider for stock heads  ...Dave Mackie TC575L    http://www.davemackie.com/cams.asp

I prefer the SE tapered adjustable pushrods... p/n 18404-08

Had not seen that Mackie cam.  Not that I expect to have a 110.  But if I did and it were OE or relatively close to it I know what I'd use now.

The stock cam!
Most others will cost you at the lowest rpms until 2,500+. Look at the intake close. The later, longer duration and overlap the more low end takes a hit for potentially higher rpm power and torque shifted up the scale.

The limiting factor in the original question is the part about it having to be an H-D cam, and with that in mind I agree 100%, the stock 255 will provide the best low end torque with stock compression and heads.  Why limit yourself to H-D cams, laylonlor?  There are many better choices that don't reside in a H-D catalog.

A combination of those pipes and that cam will hand off low end torque I assure you.

I am running the Andrews 54 my self and really like it.
but my combination is much different than others.
I love crusing in the 2000 rpm range without lugging the engine.

my intake valves are 2.120 and are ported and the compression was raised to 9.8
2 in 1 pipes (fatcats)
the bike sounds and runs great.

The combination is important and I am no expert in that dept.

combo of the late intake close, low stock compression, huge combustion chambers, and true duals will give u a huge hole in 2000-3000 range... stock cams r ur best bet for strong power in the 2000-4000 range, true duals will create a hole in the 2500-3000 range, big cam will lose power in the 2000-2500 range... a mild cam like the SE204 or HQ500 with a 30 thou head gasket to bring comp to about 9.5, will be ur best best for overall power
