oil temp gauge
« on: July 11, 2010, 04:23:44 PM »

Could someone help me with a part number for a fairing mounted oil temperature gauge? My dealer says that 75320-05A will not fit an 09 FLTRSE3.

Thanks

Does anybody have a picture of the gauges when lit?  How bad does it look?

I heard it is not very well lit up at all... Can a high performance bulb from Superbtrites work in that gauge?? I have them in my bike,  but I never did put the oil temp gauge in.

Stuart-

I had the superlite bulbs in all my gauges on the 05 including the oil temp and the gauge looked as well as the rest of the other small gauges when lighted.

On the 10, the oil temp gauge is not lighted nearly as well as the other small gauges as Hd-Dude stated.
