CVO: How do ya know?

I was at my insurance agent the other day putting my 2000 FXDWG on our insurance and she proceeded to tell me it came up as a 3 on the VIN database search. I brought this up on another forum and someone there thought it might be a CVO too. In my hunt for correct answers I can't seem to find out how to identify if mine really is a CVO. The VIN reads as just a FXDWG in which case I understand the VIN may not give you anything on if the bike is CVO, I have no idea if that's true.
  The bike does have a SE 95 big bore kit with 203se cams on it as well as a Mikuni carb and the filter cover is a SE. The plugs and wires that were on it when I bought it were also SE. All this, I assumed,was all stuff that he and/or the owner before him put on the bike. It is nicely chromed out as well, but I don't know if that's all stock.
So of course I could probably go to my local Harley dealership and they could tell me, but what the heck, I figure a forum full of cvo owners might know, so.........CVO: How do ya know?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I think that in 2000 there was no CVO FXDWG. There was a SERG and the FXR.

Thanks, that's all I wanted to know. I tried their site earlier and got annoyed trying to navigate it. I'm just impatient lol. Very much appreciated fellers. Now I know for sure and can tell my insurance agent she's WRONG and get my insurance knocked back cheaper. Either way I love my bike. She's a beauty. When I get home tomorrow I'll post pics of it. Not that you guys haven't seen one before lol.
