Any members know a real good TTS Mastertune Dyno tuner in WA State ?....I'm in the Seattle area but will go as far as Portland if need be....can't seem to find one.  I can't go North of the border either....no passport  :-\

Have someone with a Passport take it to Lee Urich, JARZ Performance in Abbotsford, B.C.. just across the line in Canada.

No passport needed to drive across the border and back, just ID and birth certificate. I've used JARZ in the past with great success. Lee is a real pro. Didn't know he did the TTS tune though. Good info, Thanks geezerglide

Really ?.....dang.....now that changes things.  I knew about Jarz but didn't think that was an option.  Going to call them here in a minute and see what their schedules like, I need it done before the end of the month.

Thanks !

K so....talked to them.....looks like I might be able to get the tune done in time....but it's obvious they like to use Direct-Link ?...any opinions one way or the other ?  I don't know much about these devises other than the TTS Mastertune has quite a following here, and it's the only one that allows throttle lag to be dialed out.  What I mean by that is, the throttle lag that's caused or felt from being held to 65% (i think it was said) when cracking the throttle wide open ?  Throttle blade control ?  Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated, I don't have much time here to make a decision....Thanks !!!

I would get in touch with the Canadian Border Patrol and you US counterpart, before you drive to the border and confirm that you can actually get into Canada with no US Passport and that you can get back into the US without a lot of hassles on the part of US Border patrol and Homeland Security, even if you are allowed into Canada.

I am certain you will not get into Canada without a US Passport, the same as a Canadian trying to get into the US without a Canadian Passport. Getting in with only State Drivers License or other ID has been been allowed for the past few years.

Driving is ok. Flying or by boat requires passport to re enter the US. Thats why the enhanced drivers lic. is allowed for walking or driving, but not for flying or boats.

Well, according to whoever the wife called, no passport or enhanced ID, no reentry pffft.  You WERE allowed for a length of time to use drivers license and birth certificate, but that method had a deadline and that deadline has past..../shrug.

Soooo.....Jarz is not an option, Direct link doesn't need to be explored.  Steve at Northwest Harley is going to do the tune, he came highly recommended by a few people in my area.  He likes the PC V and SERT Pro though, so SERT Pro it is.  Rush Ceramic Coated True duals and CFR's on my Street Glide finally.....can't wait  :huepfenjump3:

Bob and Jim in California is my next step, but that's a different post  :2vrolijk_21:
