Heat Shield Question
« on: July 11, 2010, 08:47:48 PM »

I know the touring headpipes from 09 & 10 have different O2 sensor locations--but does it affect the headshields??? The sensors on the 09 are in the rear of the pipes and I am not sure the heatshield is formed around them or not. Anybody know???

I would like to use 2010 heatshields on a 2009 headpipe if it can be done.....

I'm not an expert, but since the shields are open on the back, I don't see there being a problem.
