Mine was delivered in late Jan and yes it came with the liner bags.

I got one with mine if that's what you call it. Looks like a big carry bag and it sure wouldn't fit in the tour pack if you put anything in it.

Picked mine up Friday, has removable liners for the saddle bags and tour pak.

Mine came with it (1-13-06). You have to tuck everything in to avoid having some of the overhanging material from getting caught in the latch. Already pinched the nylon zipper on mine.

My Tour Pack bag doesnt fit either, it does however hold all the removed parts I am changing out quite nicely, it fits on a shelf in my garage cabinet perfectly, Its like thats what they designed it for, .......My garage.
