Firstly, great site. Lots of good reading here. Looking for some help, so thanks in advance.

I have an 07 fxstsse with heavy breather, big radious, sert and calibrated by the dealer.

So, I started my bike today, sounded a bit different and then it died. Started it again, and it died faster. Now it barely starts and dies within a second or two every time. I tried new plugs, checked battery terminals, gave all wires a little wiggle, checked and swapped some fuses...nothing. No symptoms prior to this either.

I ran and cleared the diagnostic codes, started it again, then checked the diagnostics codes again and here is what I get:

p0113
p0118
p0123

pn 176P 006-

Any ideas gang? Again, thanks for any assistance.

It looks you have troubles with the TP sensor.

Thanks for the reply. I did notice one other thing over night. After reading a few posts, I suspected it might be my battery. I put the tender on and my battery tender (harley jr.) red light stopped going green. Would it be possible a dying battery is causing these problems?

That's the throttle position sensor.  On the throttle body behind the air cleaner.  It's also not a part you can just bolt on.  Has to be adjusted.  You can do it with a multimeter.

Well. It isn't the battery

Good news is I have a fresh battery at least the original one was probably not going to last much longer anyway.

I'm worried about driving it running like that to the dealer, so I guess I will be calling in a pick up.
