if i increase my cubic inch displacment  on my bike  do i just go to the tuning table constants  and click the  change  in the displacements  like 103  to a 107?  Will the tts make the change in the map automatically then  I reload it in the ecm? again????

Yes, but remember the reason for adjusting this table is to get your ve tables in range. If you are hitting 127.5 in some cells then you would up your cubic inches.
