if you watch the movement of the traffic and the shapes of the lightening,  they are acctually showing the same clip about 6 or 7 times

Good eye...  I noticed the same thing... One bolt caught my attention. The one that came down, curved back up and to the left. It flashed the same bolt several times over the video..... still, lots of lightening just the same.
