Not necessarily final, just the couple that pretty much organized and ran the event is 'retiring' and trying to sell their place up there. Sad.  :(

Often referred to as the last of the outlaw runs (not the club).  Just the basic run, thousands of people sleeping on the ground next to their bikes.  The wet t-shirt contest often ended up totally topless, subject to see people having sex, and no tellng what else.  It's tamed in more recent years.

They always have had top drawer entertainment......ZZ Top,  Kid Rock, Fryed Brothers, etc. etc and a location, scenery and riding second to none......in the heart of the California redwoods. :2vrolijk_21:

It moved locations about twenty years or so ago.  The first one that I went to was at the original location.  I'll be real surprised if somebody or a local group (the Kiwanas were involved with it at the old location.....as a fund raiser) doesn't pick it up and run with it.  It has been a huge influx of $ for all the local business within 100 miles.
