Race Tuner

With true dual Rineharts, will adding a high performance air cleaner and a tuner make a siginficant difference in performance?  Is it really worth the cost?

Absolutely, a good tune will be a noticeable difference.  Better gas mileage, better throttle response, cooler engine, more HP and torque.

Enough said.

All it takes is money.

I agree completely.  I wouldn't think of investing the $ in pipes without the tuner to maximize what you are already spending good money on.
