Best Dealer Service Dept in Northern Ohio?

Hi Friends,

I am at 3675 miles on my 2010 SE Ultra and I will soon be needing to have my bike serviced and I would like to take it to someplace good and hopefully begin to establish a good working relationship for future needs.  I have quite a number of dealers relatively close to me in the Greater Cleveland area and the quality of their service work/ customer service is a still a mystery. 

HD Sales on Lorain is the closest, at about 6 mi away followed by SouthEast, Lake Erie and Century at near 20 miles away and Liberty about 25 mi.  Carlton or Western Reserve are about 35 miles.  Western reserve is listed as a TTS Mastertune dealer, and I wonder if they use that for tunes since that is what i have for my bike. 


Does anyone have any experiences/ opinions on this topic?

I highly, highly recommend Century. They have always treated me w/ respect and done what I've asked. I forget the shop rate but last I checked it was in line w/ the others. Jason is the Serv. Mgr. and Chris the longtime counter guy. BTW, they wash the bike after service. If you're going w/ a H.D. tuner, Todd G. is a whiz w/ it.

I drove 11 1/2 hours and bought a 09SEUC from Erie,PA HD. Smaller, friendly, old school type dealer. Great service from everyone working there. I wish I only lived 20 miles from them, no question where I would take my bike!!! Check my post from around June 6th in the vender praise topic.

Does anyone have any experiences/ opinions on this topic?
