It's all about Khrome Werks +2 Sweeper Handlebar
« on: June 01, 2010, 05:54:52 PM »

I've been through 4 sets of bars on this bike so far and nothing has quite nailed my comfort zone. I settled on the Tall Boy HD bars for awhile but am ready to continue my quest for the perfect fit. So here's what's coming and I'll do the install myself.

Once I got them here I could see they would not work so I didn't even mount them. However, I have finally found the perfect combination. I will be posting some pics soon and other info but what I have now is the Touring Pull Backs,
http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/gma_product.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442242105&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302287417&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302287417&bmUID=1282175053892&bmLocale=en_ca

and the HARLEY DAVIDSON TOURING FLHTCU STOCK SEAT 52164-10.

These two worked perfect for me and now I'm cruising comfortably.

Make sure the Pull Backs are centered on the bike. The hole for internal wiring does not mount perfectly between the clamp posts like you would think. It must be moved to one side. In other words, center the bars from the front of the bike measuring from something on the dash board.
