« on: August 20, 2010, 04:19:01 PM »

Installed a 21" front wheel on my '06 CUSE with front end lowered 1" from oe, On side stand the lean angle is over to far and much effort is need to get  in the upright position, Open for solutions other here that has experience with this as well.

Thanks in advance riders.

Turn your bars all the way full lock right.  The bike leans up a couple of inches when you do this.

Mr. D, Maybe you could try the 09SEUC jiffystand bracket upgrade.  When I first got my 09 in Aug 08 I felt that it was very difficult to get off the side stand and leaned way too much. This was because HD didn't upgrade the jiffystand bracket when they went to a `17" front wheel. I called the factory and they sent out a bracket to my dealer who installed it. (no charge). It kept the bike from leaning over so far when on the kick stand. You could see the difference. They called it a Jiffystand Bracket ( extension ). The part number is 50096-09 Good Luck CAHDBIKER

Already checked with dealer, New frame design is completely different.
Thanks
