The guy on the bike deserves a slow trip through all the circles of hell.  Then a return and repeat.  In between what's left of him should be strapped down with the spirits of the girl's parents.

But.....

I know this likely won't be a popular opinion.  But at some point cops just have to let motorcycles go.  The accident that is going to happen is too assured.  The consequences nearly certain.  If it's just some stupid ass running from a traffic stop he'll be stupid again.  Catch him then.

I'm riding home two weeks ago from the New River GTG. I'm riding north on WV 16. Twisty. Two lane. Narrow. Didn't see the first ninja who blew by on the double yellow. Second one does same. Now I'm at a blind sharp turn, with #3 passing, too. He passes me  double yellow  completely blind as to what's coming.  I was plenty hot.

Go up the road, first two are stopped. A little further is the moron who passed me on a blind curve, stalled. After a stream of what was on my mind, he offered a meager "I'm sorry".  It was one of the most reckless, stupid, careless acts of riding I've witnessed.  It gives us all a bad name.  I'd like to think most people know difference between an HD rider and a crotch rocket  I don't wish anyone serious injury but they're asking for it.

Jail? Huh, the soft on crime left wing government here would probably give the idiot a conditional discharge or something....meanwhile the officer is now under investigation and could potentially be charged by the SIU (a non-police agency that investigates/charges police in incidents where an officers actions cause death or serious bodily harm to a civilian).....but don't get me started  : :evil2: :furious3:annoyed: :beadyeyes2:

Tie his hands to the handlebars, open the throttle up, send him off a cliff...didn't stop after losing his passenger? Special circle of Hades...
