Jeff,
Please pass on my respect and appreciation for your daughter's service to our country.  We wouldn't be out enjoying the sunshine on our Harley's without someone paying the price for us behind the scenes...not even to mention the countless other freedoms we have.  Too many times we take for granted the price that's being paid.

Tell her thank you. We're better off----free, because of what she and her friends are doing for us.  We appreciate it greatly.

Jeff, what an inspirational thread! Family, country, honor, duty.. can't say more than that. Thank your daughter (and son) for serving their country and their community in such a significant and meaningful way! May God watch over them and bless them as they grow in years and experience.

What a great post with the award and re-enlistment of a true patriot and with the great replies. CVO Americans are proud of their service members and the sacrifices they make.
