How do you check the amp?sounds like my lower speakers are distorting at half to full volume,speakers seem to be ok .just not as much bass response as used to be and distortion big time.I think it is the amp or something to do with the AVC.also would it throw a code if the amp was bad or if the avc was messed up

Whether the above will identify a problem with the amp or not, I don't know.
