P1353 Front Cylinder No Combustion EFI

Those codes could be caused by things like plugs, plug gap, plug wires, loose plug tip where the wire joins on and even bad wiring on the injectors near the plug. If the bike isn't showing any missing, more than likely it was an intermittent malfunction of the ION sensing due to one of the mentioned problems above.

I would check out the above and clear the codes and see if they return again.

It's only a single sample.  So nothing to go by except as an anecdote for reference.  But a couple years ago the SEEG here started throwing that code.  Always ran ok though.

While going through the potential causes found a plug wire whose crimp where it connects to the spark plug had relaxed.  Squeezed it back down and never saw the code again.

I checked the plug wires and popped them off the plugs and put them back on. They seemed fine. But now that I think about it the problem showed up last Tuesday night when I washed it after a 800 mile ride over the weekend ?

Very likely your wash job is the culprit.  Even though it would seem that a vehicle like a motorcycle should be capable of handling wet conditions, since they are often ridden in inclement weather and do tend to need washing once in a while, Harley's don't have a great reputation for water tight electrical connections.  And if you have an add-on tuning device like a Power Commander, they are also famous for water getting into the ECM connector and causing all sorts of problems.

A good coating of dieletric grease in all the important electrical connectors is a good idea, after blowing any moisture out of the terminals.  I also apply it to the interior of the plug wire boots, to help keep water out and to make it easier to remove the plug wires at maintenance time.
