2011 FLH Triple Tree

Anyone know if the 2011 FLH's have a revised triple tree front fork set up?  The new frame will not turn as tight as the pre-09's.
HD had a fix for us who have to do the box and other exercises for qualification, but only for PD service number bikes.....not personal
bikes.
