What would be a good price for a new 06 SEUC?

I've tried my best to resist the urge but I'm not having a lot of luck.  I'm searching for an Autumn Haze SEUC.  What would be a reasonable price to pay and does anyone know of one that isn't spoken for?

There is a Autumn Haze FLHTCUSE in Charles City, IA
I think the Price is @ MSRP of $32,315 plus fees and setup

Texoma HD, in Sherman, TX, has a Haze scheduled for June delivery.   Unspoked for as of a week ago.   Dealerhsip priced it to me at MSRP.  I didn't want to wait that long. Ask for Billy or Brandy.
