Rear Amp not working HELP
« on: October 07, 2010, 11:26:19 AM »

I added a Hog Tunes lowers kit with separate amp and cannot get the system to work.
That is the lowers work and the front two uppers work, but nothing out of the rear speakers.
The radio unit has fade on it and is adjusted to the middle.
I have replaced the radio already, it quit working.
I am not sure how the plugs are supposed to be on the rears, I have the speakers plugged into the harness that goes to the rear amp. and that leaves a pig tail plug from that harness not plugged in and another plug from (factory wiring, standard Ultra????) not plugged in.
Not sure if this is correct??
Please help,

Hope you get it figured out and Hogtunes and Iron Cross Audio are great to work with.

Curious to know if your initial effort used the "addendum" Hogtunes has on their website for installing the FLSK with amp on '06 and newer CVO Ultras:

Good luck with your project.

I DID USE THE ADDENDUM THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE HOG TUNES FOR THE 2006 CVO AND NEWER BIKES.
WE THINK THE ISSUE LIES WITH THE AMP LOSING TWO CHANNELS, WILL KNOW IN THE NEXT WEEK WHEN I GET A SECOND AMP TO TRY.
