2011 CVO SG Dyno Test!
« on: October 08, 2010, 01:58:27 PM »

Brand new, bone stock off the showroom floor.

Nice torque dip at 3K. AFRs were very smooth at 14-1, WOT.

I'll post another chart after I install a stage I X-Pipe kit.   8) Just killing time letting it cool off so I can tear it down.

2011 CVO Street Glide dyno report.

Stock VS Fullsac X Pipe and 2.0 Power cores.
AC was left stock, ECM accessed with TTS Mastertune software.

Peak numbers of 93hp and 107tq were a little low as expected for a bike with only 400 miles on it.
An identical bike with 4K miles on it made 98hp and 111tq last week.

The real story is told by the TQ line. Almost 20 FT gain at 3200 RPM! That's an improvement you feel in the real world.

Thanks for posting. Leaning this way "Fullsac X Pipe and 2.0 Power cores.
AC was left stock, ECM accessed with TTS Mastertune software." Or the 1.75 cores. Not big on a lot of noise. Still deciding plus got to build cash reserves back up.

I am planning on going the same route but with the 1.75 baffles. I want to cool it down and get rid of that cc. Have been putting the money away and almost there. :D
