What is the best plug to run in my 95 cubic inch '04 SE Deuce? And who makes the best spark plug wires for the bike?

Best for what?

There is nothing wrong with the stock plugs or wires, and there is no real need to spend extra for whiz bang products that promise the moon and deliver nothing of substance.

Be careful about using after-market wires as Harley uses the coil and plug wires to sense engine knock/ping.
