I'm afraid I'm going to have to alert the moderators as to the questionable content in this post. Shaving your Corbin has no place on a forum like this much less asking for photos of a shaved seat!

I've cut on a Corbin seat.  Using a Dremel to cut notches for rear crash bars on a seat that wasn't made to accept them.  It's a high density material.  Would never have expected any kind of a razor to shave it down.  Not sure what Corbin uses to trim that material.  But anything we think of a razor isn't going to be it.

Question about the task though.  What you're describing is something Corbin generically describes as "nose job."  Corbin will for free custom trim a seat to a client's request once in the lifetime of the seat.  Why not just send it to them for the work?

Clay modeling tools (kind of looks like a vegetable peeler) will work.  There is also a vegetable peeler advertised on TV by some British guy that sounds like it would too.  Somehow I knew when I read the title of this thread it was going to get dirty.

An electric carving knife like you use on a turkey works too, but I'm with Twolane, let Corbin do it.

I had Corbin do a nose job on my Classic Solo last year. It took almost a month and came back slightly narrower. They will not narrow the seat pan itself, just take out some of the padding. I found it significantly wider than the C&C seat I had previously.

He's okay saving his Corbin, it's shaving his Merkin that would be too much for me...

Keep in mind they are shaped they way they are so as to help evenly distribute your weight for greater comfort- any shaving/narrowing will affect the long term comfort- at least I found that with a Corbin I had on an old bike.
