Got on my bike Sat morn and rolled it out of the garage and flipped the headlight switch to close the garage door and nothing happend. Checked the garage door and all was good, looked at the head lights and they weren't on

Pulled the fuse and it was blown. Replaced the fuse with the spare and road all day occasionally checking the lights and they were on. Fired up the bike Sunday morn to go for another day trip and the lights were off, once again blown fuse. Pulled the accessory fuse and plugged it into the headlight fuse spot and road 5 miles to the gas station to buy a few fuses. Got to the gas station and it was out again

Bought a few fuses and plugged a 15amp into the accessory and this time stuck a 20 amp in the head light. I also pulled the front fairing off and looked for a broken or bare wire but found nothing. Taped everything up and went for a ride and didn't have an issue. Any ideas? will running the 20 amp fuse allow something else to burn up? I guess I will stick a 15 amp fuse back in there and see what happens but if the fix was un-taping and re-taping the head light wires I don't feel to comfortable. I know the warranty will take care of the problem but unless it continues to happen I doubt the dealer will be able to trace the problem.
Since I had the garage door open installed before taking ownership I expected to find a hack job under there tape but that was not the case. All looked good.
