Did this start happening right after the exhaust mods and the TTS or have these been on for a while?

It started after the exhaust. I believe it was after the head pipe was changed.

I suggest getting it tuned
You likely have multiple issues. first order of business is to be sure the small lambda sensors are located properly in the pipe. They need to be clearly in the exhaust stream and reading their individual cylinders. Believe it or not this is not the case with some aftermarket pipes. It will screw them up running closed loop very bad if not addressed. After that a proper tune is in order. The DBW lambda bikes are a bit of fun to get working properly and not all tuners understand the system well. Choose your tuner carefully and ask them the pointed questions to be assured you get a full comprehensive tune and they guarantee their work.

1st a quick look and make sure the o2 sensors are in the correct pipe.

Black is Back.  Grey is front.  Make sure they are right.

Don't ask me how I know to check this.....

You would be surprised at how many times this happens.
Even heard of a dealer saying it didn't matter, the computer would figure it out! Lol...
