103 Runnin Bad! Need Help
« on: December 03, 2010, 06:15:29 PM »

Noticed some vibration but now i think the 103 is just not running smoothly.  Exhaust smells bad. Plugs look rich compared to what they used to be. Runs erratic up to about 3000 rpm but doesnt miss. Have the power commander USB.  Have no codes showing up. Compression 195 psi front-190 psi rear.Has 60000 miles.  Hoping its just some sort of sensor. Feul mileage down a little. Ill run it up to Metal Dragon to see Jim if i cant resolve it myself. thanks

Exhaust smells bad.

If it smells like rotten eggs your stator is going bad.
What is the meter showing?

Anything else I'll leave up to Scott, Jim or the motor guys on the site.

Might try unplugging and by-passing your Power Commander just to me sure it's still o.k.

If you have checked all the run of the mill things to be sure connectors are tight etc might check fuel pressure or for a leak in the line in the tank pretty common.
