Difference between SE Pro Super Tuner 32109-08A and 08-B?

I have a 2009 Ultra with a stage II boost to 103, Rolled Thunder mufflers, K & N high performance air cleaner. I have a chance to buy a NOS 32109-08A SE Pro Super Tuner at a good price. The dealer has the same thing with a "B" on the end of the part number. Does anyone know he difference between the two and if I can use the "A" model on my 2009? Any other information would be appreciated.

I am trying to eliminate a persistant engine ping and hope this will enable me to do it.
