Does MoCo have a set of models that come out every year in CVO version?  Do they randomly choose a couple of different ones to do or is it all random of what they come out with?

Yes, I have CVO envy of the wife's bike     However no way can I swing another one right now but maybe in a year or 2.  I would be looking for an SG most likely.

At one time when we thought we had it all figured out they were doing two years of a particular model then switching... however there have been instances of some models not stopping since they started (CUSE's) and some models running one year only (SERG³) then stopping. Only thing I would feel safe in predicting now is there will be a CUSE in a couple years.
