Tail light- Stop light

My 09 cvo springer has the tail light brake light flickering on and off and after taking the light cover off the bike it does not look like the wiring cause when you tap on the reflector it goes on and off.Is this considered  under the factory warranty if it is the whole led assembly or do they only cover wiring problem?Thanks for any help before I call dealer.

I had the same problem with mine it was the switch behind the brake lever.Fixed under warranty 10 Min's.
