« on: April 16, 2011, 05:43:55 PM »

I want to know if anyone has found a way to plug a blue tooth type receiver into the 3.5 mm plug on a Harley radio and send music from a Iphone? :confused5:

I'm wondering the same.  The new CVO iPod hookup works, but the cable goes into the saddlebag.  I'd love to know if such a device exists!  I've been looking for the same solution.  My eyes are peeled to see the responses you get.  Good luck!

You can receive music from the Iphone with the Ipod module but you can not make a phone call.

Or a braided audio cord from my riders claw to my radio wouldn't be bad either.

i run a blackberry bluetooth stereo gateway in my lowers.  the only draw back is it is powered by mini usb.  i run the 3.5 audio cable and a usb mini charger (routed from a power port installed in the tour pack) into the lower fairing.  i don't use the setup often, but it is there if i need it.

That BOMM might work. It basically splices into the mic for the Ultra. You will be able to hear out of the radio headset, and use the boom mic for audio. But I could be wrong.

The H-D Bomm will only work with a GPS.
