Need new Tires for my 2000 RG

Got the oil changed today and the service tech informed me I would soon need new tires.  I was quoted $500 CDN to replace front and back with Dunlops as equipped from factory.

Question... The Canadian $ is doing well and its worth while to drive the 40 minutes to cross into the USA and get new tires... so... what are you guys paying for good tires and what tires would you recommend

ME880's.   Metzler.   Really nice ride. Much better tire than the dunlops.   You will love the ride.  :2vrolijk_21:

Good tire.. when I used them on my dyna they seemed to wear faster... even with the wife riding.... though she had a habit of hazing the rear tire when opening the throttle.  :oops:

I guess it just didnt like my fat ass on it!
