AC cover

I would like to know if the air cleaner cover off of a soft tail SE will fit on my SE5 Ulta Both are 110 and look to be the same size.  Any body know?

Are you talking about the 2010/2011 CVO Softail Convertibles?  If so, they come with a totally different air cleaner, not just the cover.  It's called the Ventilator in the accessory catalog, and if you buy the whole thing then yes, it will fit your SE Ultra.  It includes a different back plate, air filter element, cover, and a removable rain cover for the exposed filter.

No this looks to be off and older model, it is the football style, with ribs in it.
