« on: June 06, 2011, 01:23:31 PM »

I need help on what I need to do with my exhaust system...even though its a Screaming Eagle its not screaming...what is the best course of action to give this 110 even more power and make it LOUD?? I need to know exactly what I need parts etc? And if anyone has a a place in Central Florida that specializes in this?

Any info is really appreciated...Thanks!!!

Welcome to the site!  Do a search here for Fullsac and you will find lots of info.  Fullsac X Pipe, cores of your choice, and TTS Mastertune.  LOUD is subjective.  This system is an easy install if you have any mechanical ability at all, and a set of basic tools.  If not, almost any Independent shop could do the work, and perhaps even your local HD dealer, though they probably would not like you bringing the parts in and having them only do the labor.

I would suggest stopping by Miller's Custom Parts in Daytona.   See Arnold there he can help you with picking out the exhaust, installing it and going from there.

On my 2011 SERGU I went with the Kuryakyn Package.  I did not need to buy the air cleaner with the perfect storm so I saved some off the 1686.00 list price.

The package includes the headpipes, the mufflers, the air cleaner, as well as a TTS and they have maps already for you so you don't exactly have to have a dyno tune unless you want it perfect.   I have done this on 3 bikes 2 with true duals and 1 with the power chamber 2 into 1 into 2 and the VH High output slip ons.

The kuryakyn pipe is the same as the VH power chamber except for the plate that covers the power cell area itself.   Can ride all day and not get off the bike with ringing in my ears, yet it has a low deep rumble and cars hear ya.   If you need a listen to either of the systems shoot me a PM and we can meet up.
