Left the CVO FAMILY....
« on: June 20, 2011, 02:04:50 PM »

Which I am not sure I am allowed to do, is this like the Mob? Anyway I traded my 2001 FLTRSEI2 in for a 2011 FLHX w/ Power Pack. Nice bike. Really 100% better over the 2001 I think. Anyway will still lurk from time to time and appreciate all the help from you all over the years!

Tony......yer slightly confused, but I'm here to help.

You don't have to have a CVO to be a member here and to participate here......a standard model Harley is fine.  It's when you leave and just try to "lurk" that we send the boys and it gets ugly.

So, reverting back to the unwritten code......... :worthless:

You can never leave the CVO "Family".

1st. What are you thinking you can't just quit the "Family." 2nd. We want to see and hear about everything you do to the new bike. 3rd. More important keep us informed of any problems and issues that may come up.

Don't feel too bad, I sold my '07 to someone who could give it a good home, and ride it more than I did!
I was afraid of getting it dirty! Low miles, etc, etc.
My latest is a 2010 FLHTK (?) that I just did the 40K miles service on.
Fits my needs at the moment, and I can still take one of the other ones on short rides. Wife likes the new one, and it's our "long distance" touring rig.
Don't tell anyone you are CVOless, and they won't know!
