« on: September 18, 2004, 08:23:27 PM »

Hi all,

i was checking some info on the new FLHTCSE2, but couldn't manage to get the exact horse power. Does anybody have this info??

I thinking to get a FLHTCSE2, but just wondering if it's worse the money.

Thanks a lot

No, of course not.  No relatively standard motorcycle (as these things really are) is worth on the high side of thiry thousand dollars.  Not in any practical sense.  Fortunately I'm not always practical.  I don't think you buy it because it's "worth" it (in any realistic sense) but because you want it.  As for me, dammit, I want it so even though it is a bit overpriced I just don't give a flying pizza.

I agree, if you gotta have it, you gotta have it.  When I found out about the SEEG I just had to have one.  Is it worth it, yes it's worth every penny.

Skooby,
You could be right with corrections.......I think it is about 5-7% less.

thanx a lot for the answers....but I  have a doubt:

the 2005 SEEG doesn't have the 103 C.I. SUPER HIGH OUTPUT??
As for the SE catalog (page 15) it states that the output is around 108 HP with about 105 TQ....or am I missing something??

ciao

Ah Grasshopper,

Surely Harley Davidson, in their love for us, would never try to sugar coat the facts.

In a thread that started last year there is a dialogue that addresses this issue.
