Catalyst on international road king? Cams?
« on: September 02, 2009, 03:22:47 PM »

Where is the catalytic converter in the exhaust of an a 2008 CVO Road King. Can I remove it, how? What are the consequences, much noisier, much more powerful? Also looking for a bolt-in cam that does not affect the low rpm pull but feels less aenemic than the standard cam. What is the best option without goinig to other springs and/or pushrods? Now have PCV with autotune, so getting the tuning right should not be a problem anymore.

I just took my baffles out for a look on a SERK '07 and didn't see any catalyser there... I assume it's normal?

The cats used to be delivered separately and had to be put on by the dealer - almost nobody did that  ;D
