For me, the Johnny Cakes story line is one they should have let die a long time ago like so many of the other story lines that NEVER get completed.

I think it was season 2 when they whacked that Russian kid and chopped him up.....Kinda scarey,  as a kid growing up,  one of my buddies dad owned a meat shop in town.  First name Vito.....kinda fit the part too......East coast.........Don't want to know.....
