There are so many LED motor kits out there. What is the best to buy?

I've used Boogey lights on 3 bikes--always very happy with them. The downside is the connector on the LED strip is fragile.

Another forum member used these and it came out great--I'm thinking of them for my current bike. The connector is on the end of the strip--doesn't look like it will come off as easy as the Boogey Lights

I think FastLightsLED are the ones I got.  I have the white lights and they look awesome at night.

Are the light strips better then the individual light pods?

Depends on where you put them.....under the tank and on the frame rails---the strips are nice. Front down tubes--you could put a pod behind the highway bar support on the frame..horn cover you may put a pod....but for the long areas strips are easy and give you a lot of light.

x2 on the boogey lights. Put them on my son's FLHR and they look and work great. Tucked the controller and a gob of wires in front of the battery. Wrapped in insulation. No worries. Word is that they are excellent to work w/ should you have a problem.

I have a strip under each side of the tank, a strip on the bottom of the air cleaner cover, a strip wrapped around behind the horn and a strip on the crossmember behind the starter and transmission.  That's enough to really light up my engine at night.  I never thought I would like them until I put them on a few weeks ago.

I feel Custom Dynamics are hard to beat for quality. I prefer strip LED kits, their kits are excellent.

Put these on junior's. Pretty neat. Mounted them the same as you Dave. Had to get a little creative in the horn. Worked well. Before someone says it I don't have pics.

I got a set of these in one of Twolane's infamous inventory clearouts... they work great, their cheap, and they have a lifetime warranty!

Oh ya... I also did something a little different with the switch, I installed it inside the tour pack so it always stays dry.
