Vance & Hines Power Duals loose nuts
« on: August 25, 2011, 01:03:03 PM »

Installed Vance & Hines Power Duals on 2009 FLTRSE and TTS MasterTune. Everything went well but then started getting some "popping" during V tune process. Checked these threads and THANKS good info, first suggestion make sure exhaust is not leaking. Sure enough the exhaust flange bolts were loose must have been my bad. However, I've had to re-tighten several times after about 500 miles. V&H tech that this normal due to the HD bolts??? Anyone experiencing this? Thanks

YEP,after the bike comes up to running temp and then cools down you need to re torque
