I put that rack and light on the ultra tour pak for the old SERG.  Unless you squat down behind the bike the light doesn't do much.  Sad but true.  It is, however, still an extra splash of red.  And that's never a bad thing :drink: .

Well then it seems I will have to add the ultra tour pack light kit instead.  Need the side mounted LED lights, but they don't seem to be available from HD, only the 2006+ wrap around type.  Is this correct?  Any recommendations on how to get the correct lights?

Walter's Workshop provides a good option for what you need:

Just scroll down the page.

If you stop in an HD store, ask the parts guy to check the 2005 Touring parts book for the lenses, bulbs, and harness you need.  The P&A catalog doesn't show the sidemarker lights for pre-'06, probably because they were OEM on the tour paks in the earlier years.

Are you still looking for an orange king tour pack with lights ?

I have one I had custom painted minus the lid.

Pete the lens and chrome trim ring is available from Harley. The lights are too but the price was ridiculous. I found a set of LED's made for tour packs on eBay.

They are not the brightest out there but it works. There is not a lot of room to work there. The LEDs I got are also 2 intensities, so I have run and turn signals.

If you knew you were doing this earlier I could have showed you what I did on mine, when wherever it was we last saw each other.

This is the lens and trim for the non "wrap around" style.
