I sometimes think folks get sidetracked when this question comes up due to well intentioned advice from folks who aren't up to speed on the differences between the older ('06 and earlier) EFI models and the current bikes with closed loop EFI. With the older non-feedback system, any change that altered air flow through the engine would also alter the air fuel mixture. So the advice to always get the bike tuned after changing air cleaners and/or exhaust systems was correct. But, with the new system the ECM has the capability to self adjust to compensate for a certain amount of air flow change, so that old advice is no longer necessarily valid.
Maybe a better question would be to ask the OP if he is fully satisfied with how his bike runs currently. If he is, then it is quite likely that he could just change the pipes and forget about the tune. On the other hand, if he would prefer his bike respond more smoothly as well as run a little cooler, a good tune would be in order even if he didn't change pipes or anything else.
