Posting this up as  few have stated that the andrews pulley is a issue. Well I can tell you that I have two touring bikes that have just over 20K each with the 30 tooth front pulley from andrews. Guess what no issues at all. I had hoped there would bve none but being that I read this back when it was posted thought I would add to it. The HD part is less money , but if you come across a andrews pulley for a good price nothing wrong from what we have seen first hand. BTW on my own little 107 making near 125/125 the andrews pulley is holding up just fine with a goodyear belt from drag on it.  I have no idea what others are doing with belt tension , how they ride the bike etc.  My own bike I beat the hell out of it every chance I get.

We did a 110 with the andrews 54 and the +4 key back to back and the numbers laid right on top of each other. Now you may change a pipe and find the missing power .. or not  unless you test it back to back you will never know.

Good to hear, must have been a short run problem. Andrews is a quality company no worries with their products.

Don,

When I asked about the issues that I had read about they thought it was a blet issue not the pulley, however what ever the case may be they sent me one free to test. It works fine.
