Average rear wheel numbers for a stock 110, per Harley, are approximately 95 torque, 80 horsepower. Your numbers may vary, depending on bike to bike variation as well as the dyno and the dyno operator, the actual test conditions, the correction factor used by the operator (SAE is the best, STD gives higher numbers, and no correction is just what it implies, raw numbers that can't be legitimately compared). But it is highly unlikely you would see more than a 5% variation from the 95/80 with a totally stock bike.
IMHO, if you're bench racing with folks with dissimilar bikes, peak numbers from a dyno aren't all that big a deal. For instance, if your friend with a different brand V-Twin is only putting out 70 hp but has a 200 pound lighter bike with lower overall gearing, you might find yourself dusted if you were to square off at a stop light for real. Peak numbers are just one small part of the total equation. Take it to the drag strip and compare ET's and trap speeds.
