Those miners all have a dog....some have a couple.  So there's always at least as many dogs as there is miners there.

Some interesting stories come out of that place for sure.  Priscilla had a few yarns to share also.....she's native of that area.  Her parents went there in the 40's but they only came from Colfax (8 miles away).  Of course back in the 40s it was probably an all day trek as steep as those mountains are.
