Mine was also a impulse buy. I actually walked out of the shop and drove away. 5 min later I was back.

I'm with you Flibb! I test rode the first 12 SESG my dealer got in (Black) and feel in love, I had to have it, but I wanted the Hot Citrus and none were available for quite some time so the manager made me a heck of a deal on a brand new 11 SEUC that they just got in that another dealer couldn't move and I have had mostly Ultra's due to my wife riding along. Well the practical person won and off I rode with my Big Blue Ultra. :) ??? :-\  Rode for 1800 miles and enjoyed it but every time I would log onto this site and see all the gorgeous  :-* SESG's I just had to give in. As of ten days ago I'm the proud owner of a 12 SERG Hot Citrus! :orange: The thing that sucks is now I have to walk by it every day in the garage and wait for spring.

Same thing happened to me today!  Went in to discuss a servie issue with my 2011 Street Glide and saw the Ruby Red CVO sitting there.  Unfortunately, the finanacing for the original prospective buyer fell through and they just had moved it to the showroom an hour before we got there.  Thanks to an incredibly generous wife, and an amazing deal, I drove home on it this evening.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!!  :carrot: :jalapeno: :cucumber: :pineapple: :pepper: :apple: :bananarock: :mango: :orange:

It's a beautiful ride.  The Ruby Reds are just not available around here, but mine's on order with a March 1 delivery.   Can't wait.   The weather in Virginia has been ride-able and the wait is tough, but I'll be that much more ready by March!
