Where is it marked on the TN end?  State line so it's only a NC statute or did Tennessee play along and back it farther up the road?  Now have to wonder how long it'll be before some trucking company thinking they're losing a few minutes takes NC to court for trying to impose a state statue on a US hiway?

Goog point,  but say it is not marked on the other side, does the NC new rule allow thoroughfare from the TN side?? Or can NC ticket truck traffice coming in ??

Kinda vague, since it doesn't list a tonnage also.

I'm sure there will still be the 5th wheelers and the buses with their 28' bike trailers towed behind still trying.

Be interesting to see if they enforce it with the pickup truck crowd.

Do they not enforce the double yellow?  I mean I'd think it'd be a field day for the highway patrol, just sitting on one of the curves....along comes the guy crossing the double yellow and lights up.

HP does not enforce double yellow for trucks for the most part.
And there are plenty of pics on the Tail Of The Dragon website of LEO well over the double yellow themselves.
