I'm looking for a good painter in SoCal
« on: July 06, 2006, 12:17:06 AM »

I picked up an aftermarket hood for my truck and am looking for a good shop to paint it. Nothing fancy, just primer, paint, and match the OEM pin stripes.
For convienence I would prefer shops in LA, OC, or the San Fernando Valley. However, I don't mind driving further for a good job, and a good price.

Any recommendations?

Man, he does some great work!

Are you sure he would do something as routine as painting a truck hood? I don't mind going down there, and meeting him and all, but I'm not sure my job is in line with the kind of work he does. I just don't want to waste his time if you know what I mean. On the other hand, if he is willing to do it, then heck yes, I'd love to talk to him.

I have him do little stuff for me, like helmets and stuff. He is great and can match anything.
